Kvass
Inspired by the traditional Eastern European drink, commonly made with fermented bread. This rye farmhouse ale has notes of fruity, citrus up front with a spicy, rye backbone. Brewed with 100% local malt from Root Shoot Malting. 3.9% ABV.
Kind Coffee Brown Ale
Brewed in collaboration with Kind Coffee for their 20th Anniversary, this beer is light-bodied and packs a coffee punch to balance the dark, nutty flavors typical of a brown ale. 4.0% ABV.
Hefeweizen
An unfiltered, German style wheat beer with notes of lemon, clove and banana alongside an extra dry finish. 4.2% ABV.
Grapefruit Hard Seltzer
Our house-made, gluten free seltzer is light and refreshing, now available in our newest flavor - Grapefruit! 4.6% ABV.
Session IPA
This crushable IPA is brewed with Cascade and Citra hops, giving it notes of orange peel, grapefruit, Runts candy and just a hint of pine. Brewed with 100% local malt from Root Shoot Malting. 4.6% ABV.
Porter
A light-bodied and easy drinking dark beer with toasty notes of coffee and cocoa. 4.9% ABV.
Farmhouse Saison
A funky farmhouse ale with notes of black pepper, lemon peel and hay with a tart, dry finish. Brewed with 100% local malt from Root Shoot Malting in Loveland, CO. 6.0% ABV.
West Coast IPA
This IPA is hoppy and balanced with big notes of papaya, honeydew and tangerine alongside a bitter, dry finish. Brewed with Citra and Columbus hops. 7.0% ABV.
Winter Strong Ale
Notes of chocolate, toasted bread crust, cherry and plum make this dark, English style beer the perfect winter warmer! Brewed with 100% local malt from Root Shoot Malting. 8.5% ABV.
Rosé
Our take on a classic rosé, this gluten-free option is fermented with wine yeast to create a super dry imperial hard seltzer with notes of hibiscus and strawberry. 10.5% ABV.
