Yuzu Rice Lager
A true summer beer, this is a light, crisp rice lager with a citrusy, yuzu punch on the finish. 4.2% ABV.

Orange Mango Hard Seltzer
The newest addition to our house-made seltzer lineup is light, refreshing, and flavored with real orange and mango - picture a La Croix but with alcohol! 4.6% ABV.
French Pilsner
A light, crisp lager made with the French hops Barbe Rouge and Strisselspalt, giving it a lemon-y, floral flavor. Made with 100% local malt from Root Shoot Malting. 5.0% ABV.
Le Fourquet
An ode to seasonal Belgian beers, this saisons brewed with oats and 100% local malt from Root Shoot Malting. A hint of banana and oat remind us of a hefeweizen, with a farmhouse funky-ness and soft body. Brewed in collaboration with Root Shoot Malting. 5.4% ABV.
Red Ale
A classic American style Red - rich and full bodied with a bitter finish. Notes of toasted bread crust and rye bread balance the piny, citrus forward American hops. 5.8% ABV.
Belgian Pale Ale
Brewed with this year Pink Boots Hop Blend, this beer is easygoing and bright with notes of bubblegum, melon and lemongrass. $1 from every pint sold goes back to the Pink Boots Society to support women in the fermentation industries. 6.4% ABV.
Rye IPA
This beer is full of complex rye spice, notes of orange and grapefruit rind, with a floral finish. Brewed with 100% local malt from Root Shoot Malting. 7.2% ABV.
Double IPA
Freshly squeezed orange juice added to the boil make this IPA citrusy without being too sweet. Paired with Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic & Idaho 7, it’s the perfect balance of juicy citrus flavor and west coast style hoppyness. 8.5% ABV.
Imperial Stout
The OG Imperial Stout - brewed with heavily roasted malt that lends notes of toasted brown bread, rich cocao and chocolate with a warming finish. 10.4% ABV.
Rosé
Our take on a classic rosé, this gluten free option is fermented with wine yeast to create a super dry imperial seltzer with notes of hibiscus and strawberry. 10.5% ABV.
Belgian Quad
A taproom favorite, this high octane Belgian beer has notes of caramel, toffee & banana bread, making it surprisingly smooth and easy to drink. 11.0% ABV.
